nand help please (need to find a backup)

hi guys, quick question. hopefully easy solution. i do nand backups quite a bit, especially since i go from rom to rom trying to find *that rom to fit my needs*. they're all labeled as the date they were backed up. now, is there an easy way to see what rom i had on what backup?
eg, i have about 5-7 backups, which is my damage control?
