A855 for Verizon, How do I unlock it?
I just purchased an A855 for one of my lines, but found the original phone, so I don't need it. I could return it, but I'm seeing that I might be able to make a nice profit by selling it on Amazon for double what I paid if I can sell it as unlocked. I am experienced with WinMo, but not Android, except for running Android non-natively on my Touch, TP and TP2.

By Unlock I guess you mean the SIM card and not rooting.
The problem with unlocking is that VZW has somehow locked out all US carriers from being used. And to even get an unlock code you have to call cust service to get yours and they will not issue one unless your account has been active and paid up to date for 6 months from what I hear. Not sure if the time you had the original phone counts towards that 6 Months or not.
