A855 for Verizon, How do I unlock it?

By Unlock I guess you mean the SIM card and not rooting.

The problem with unlocking is that VZW has somehow locked out all US carriers from being used.

And to even get an unlock code you have to call cust service to get yours and they will not issue one unless your account has been active and paid up to date for 6 months from what I hear.

Not sure if the time you had the original phone counts towards that 6 Months or not.
