why cant i change my boot screen on HTC EVO

i used unrevoked and used the rom

[ROM] 10/03/10 | SPRINT LOVERS | 2.2 | Offical 3.29.651.5| but i can not change boot screen. I still keep getting sprint boot up screen.

What process are you using to change the boot-screen? Are you doing it through ADB? Give us an idea of what you have done thus far that isn't working.
