Cricket Roaming on android

I have an HTC Incredible and Hero flashed to cricket. Neither roams right they both have a message saying to make a collect call to a mobile device press 1 ........

What would be causing this everything else is working fine as far as talk and text.

I am in SLC, Utah so it is an older market. My TP2 never had problems like this.

Thanks for the help!

Marc it could be an account problem, not the correct plan or not having roamning on the account. Could also be a PRL issue or an issue with the flash. Send me a PM if you don't get it going right.

They didn't have the account setup right that is why I was getting that message.

Marc,
If you haven't made the switch, I can take a look at the account and see if I can fix anything there. I'm not a dealer but I do have access through a dealer to help with account setting. That's what we are all here for to help and when it comes to cricket, the flashers and dealers are the only help you truly need.
