Re: Android 101
Nah not gunna lie, this caught me off guard. I think I pulled the stuff I can use outta it for right now. The main reason I flashed custom ROMs on WinMo was because the phones were so damn slow, with my new evo I don't yet know why I'm going to flash, but I probably will. Thanks for getting me started.

Just to clarify....this is not my write-up, it came from XDA...

Re: Android 101
Didn't want to start a whole new thread for this - just had a (hopefully) quick question. I've been hooking my phone up to the aux jack in the car so I can listen to music during my commute using the Winamp app to play stuff I've downloaded or ripped from my own CD collection, but I wanted to find some good streaming services if possible to keep things fresh. I hear spotify and last.fm are both good, but looking for more opinions/recommendations.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 4.0.4; en-us; SPH-D710 Build/IMM76I) AppleWebKit/534.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/534.30)
Pandora and Slacker are a couple of good streaming applications. |
