In other news, Microsoft and Apple are found in bed together fondling each others data ports, because they both just now realized what we knew all along... Android is going to kick their butts! Seriousl, how sad is it when the corporate giants of America begin filing lawsuits on each other because their egos are too big to do what they should have so long ago: SHARE THEIR SOURCE CODE!

Too bad for them they let Google grow another year before they started up with their BS because now Google is bigger and stronger than ever before. It's like two little, scrawny nerds on the playground having their friend go up to the biggest guy out there and saying "we don't like the way you are winning in kick ball so you better be nice or we're going to tell our mommies on you!"
