is there a way to move my texts from my winmo phone to a new droid?

sorry, I did do a search...

getting fustrated with my tps and thinking about going droid.... is there a way to keep all my txts from my tp2 and have them on my droid?

Just be sure you backup/export your SMS in several ways before you make the switch... I might try out that program to get my SMSs into Android (which I'm running on my Touch, the XDAndroid project) and can follow up to let you know how it goes. I'd love something that instantly sync'd which each OS as soon as I booted one or the other, but sadly am not finding it. The Android "SMS Backup" is really good though, so I might just regularly import into Android and then use Android's "SMS Backup" to turn my texts into gmail "conversations" ...

I used Sprite Migrate. http://www.spritesoftware.com/products/migrate/how-does-it-work-- Really quick and simple and keeps all the dates of the texts in order.
