Hello-

I picked up a Sprint Plam Treo Pro which had been flashed 6.5. I have reflashed to the newest version from CFay (6.5). I have been unable to get sprint to active to my account info. Sprint service is not helpful, and I can see the system info that it is still tied to the prior owner. How do enter into a setup mode to associate the phone to my account?

it is recommended to flash back to stock sprint rom, get everything working, then flash to a custom rom

you need your MSL code (master subsidiary lock) - call sprint and get it or use other methods posted here

dial ##<mslcode>#
ex. ##123456#

click EDIT
enter in your 10 digit phone # for both fields.
save, exit
in winmo
goto settings, system, profile update

OR

you might have success staying with custom rom and installing the sprint carrier cab and PRL/Profile update cabs.

Hi, I try tu update my palm pro but I can´t, all time send the ERROR [262] : UPDATE ERROR, I make the step of document and try again but show everytime the same message, are you know what can I do?

"Lock Device When Display is Turned off" isn't grayed out but doesn't stay checked. Any ideas?

This ROM works great on a Bell Treo Pro... Except for Bluetooth. Can't connect to anything (and yes, it's active in comm manager)

i keep getting the 262 error... something about the usb not being pluged in.... n i see it.... its plugged in what am i doing wrong?
