Notes:
When the align screen (welcome) comes up give it a minute or more before aligning the screen. For some reason if you jump right in right away it does some weird things.

After changing a theme perform a soft reset.

The Palm Keyguard is attached for those that prefer it over the WM lock screen. After installing you will probably want to disable everything in SmartLock.
