If this is not in the ROM you can chnage it your self.

RegEdit:

Change to

Anyone else having problems with no data connection on Sprint? I did my usual routine of flashing back to shipped, then flashing new and clear storage. First time I've ever had a problem like this. Gonna try again and report back.

I am on Sprint and it all worked great for me.

why are you flashing back to shipped? that's not necessary with the TP2.

I've heard both, that it is and that it isn't. Always did it with my diamond and had good results so I still do.

Maybe it's me, my brain is fried from a 14 hour shift, but doesn't it say in the changelog that SPB Mobile Shell was added? I flashed the 28223 rom and can't seem to find it. Did I do something wrong or download the wrong version?

Calku has made it in his kitchen settings to where you dont have to flash back to shipped before flashing any of his roms, but if you do experience any funky stuff, then its recommended to go that route. so it doesnt hurt, but isnt always necessary. just my 2 pennies...
