did u go into settings connections usb to pc and uncheck enable faster data box try to see if it help it did for me

Agreed, that is the same thing that I had to do for my Windows 7 laptop to sync with my TP2.

can you help me. i have the hard spl dl onto my tp2 win6.1 and the cabs i dl only have xml files and 000 files which are not the files in the other users install tutorial.

It sound slike you opend the .CAB files with a ZIP or RAR utility.

Found something else, although it is minor. When typing a new text message (on the 6.1 ROM), I start typing someone's name and it doesn't bring the prompt allowing me to select a contact. This is probably something super simple I did, but figured I would mention it.

Make sure you aren't using the shortcut button for bluetooth - I think that is broken still. Go all the way into Bluetooth settings (I go to Comm Manager, and turn on bluetooth clicking on the On/OFF switch, and then click in the center of the Bluetooth - to the left of the on/off button).

I'm VERY pleased that the BT is now working properly - hanging up from both my headset and my Kenwood BT in my car; Voice dialing is working much better ... I believe it is from the USC ROM that the fix came from ... but it is GREAT!!

Ref 28005 Manila 2.1 ROM v1.1, when JMZ Provisioning came up, I selected Verizon and it took quite a while to load, but then I got a could not install message. I did a *22899, rebooted, ran it manually, and it went through, though it also took a while (minute or so)... Just fyi in case anybody else runs into it. Ran fine on 21882 2.5.

Great ROM and looking forward to seeing more good work and updates =)

im running the 28005/2.1 rom and i have a couple of issues.. 1. sometimes when scrolling thru the today screen, it would glitch and appear to be on the screen that i started scrolling from until i touch the screen again.. for example.. i start at the home screen, and i scroll to the weather page.. when i stop it shows that im still on the home screen. but when i touch the screen its on the weather screen.. its weird..
my second issue is my gps doesnt work.. igo shows that it cannot find the gps reciever

+1 on the bluetooth fix! I get so excited when I am ready to hang up a call and it actually does it. You don't realize how much you miss the simple things in life.... Like being able to hang up your cell phone when you want too!
