Great, that new vz carrier folder did the trick! but Im still having this problem where I cant write an sms, open an inbox sms! anyone else having this problem?

well.. im downloading the kitchen.. thnx calkulin... hopefully ill start cookin a ROM of awsomness.. the. *PHANTOM ROM*.. including a light version of wm 6.5 [white phantom ROM] and a all cool one with lots of ku programs.. [Black phantom ROM]..

In the tools folder of the kitchen is cfc-gui. use it to open the EXT>Shared>Manila 2.5xxxx>files folder. Find the image that you want to edit. Save the image as a .png. edit the image with a photo editor. Save the edited image. Go back into cfc-gui and hit replace image.Choose the image you just made. Insert that image into your windows folder or recook.

No, it is not a better match. It make no difference whatsoever. Manila 2.5 is Manila 2.5 -- there is not any version that is better or worse for any given device. You guys are just making up theories based on the rom it came in, without any facts to back up your statements.
