I was chalking it up to bugs in 23518 though. I want a new 6.5.5 (i think 23518 is 6.5.5)! love the threaded email and can't lose it now.
I'm running the same setup with my ROM and the one freeze/complete lockup I've had was when deleting an email. I hit delete and the phone locked up. Had to remove the battery to get it back going. However, this has only happened once.

I've had some flakey things going on with the backlight and blank screen timer. The 30 second/1 minute timers sometimes seem to change(even tho it still shows 30 secs/1 minute on the power settings) and I have to reboot to get them to reset.

Also noticed that Sound and Notifications settings in the start menu is not synced with the same setting in Sense. When I turn either one on, the other one shows as off and vice versa. Plus the sounds show differently in each too.

I have been bouncing between 16 and 20. I really don't notice the difference in performance. I think its about as fast as its going to get. Plus, the lower you go you get more available ram which is great.

I have more ram to run ram hungry Opera and Opera Mini. I have not done any benchmarks, but it sure seems like the sweet spot, response wise for the Sprint Touch Pro 2. I could not say for the Verizon phone because it has less ram. =)

Thanks Mikee. I think the less ram thing only applies to the VZW Touch Pro. The TP2 from VZW is not gimped. (Doesn't matter to me cause I am a Sprint guy)

I've been running 28 pp on 23518 and it's been running good. That's what energy uses and I figured he's tried more stuff than I have.

I also wrote a script for iGuidance to get around TTS issues. And it works awesome if I do say myself. It's better than the iGo one floating around.

What are folks using for D3D drivers. I've been using Xperia X2 but I have no idea what the trade-offs are. That was the default on the first kitchen so I've left it. I see some drawing error in iGuidance and didn't know if that effects it or not.

Does this only effect games. What happens if I select None?

i always selected Xperia X2 just cause it was the newest, but went back to chainfire on my latest build and i think its moving smoother.....
