I hope calkulin releases today. I've been holding out building a rom because it makes no sense to build on an older kitchen when the new updated kitchen is right around the corner.

i believe most 6.5.1 roms are freezing because people are running showcase. Once i removed showcase from my phone my phone stopped freezing up.

showcase will only be on a 6.5.1 rom. showcase allows the X button to close programs completely instead of just minimizing it.

I cook my own rom with calkulings kitchen, but if calkulin or nrg cooks it into the rom there is no way to remove it. if you use the kitchen you can deselect it before you cook. I do not use calkulins roms so i'm not sure if he puts them in there or not. but that program is extremely buggy, it is better to close out the programs physically then to install that program imo.
