did you compress the first set?

if yes then that is why some were having graphic issues because the stock manila needs to be patched first

but i love getting rid of unessessary files though!

CFC'ed and padded....I extracted all the pngs and ran them through a PNG optimizer...manila didnt like some of the optimized graphics...

not to nitpick. Sound though as if you don't know what you're talking about.

why use the latest SYS? a: it was improved sized menus and kinetic scrolling throughout the OS

extra junk? a: kitchen, you take the ingredients you like and take out the ones you don't. (am i missing something here)

You're guess is at best an uneducated response on a subject you're not particularly familiar with, but this is all off topic discussion now, so perhaps make a thread? (why 6.5.X is better than 6.1) or vice versa whatever tickles your pickle

OK OK This guy is just stating his opinion. Informed or not that is what he thinks. I disagree with him, but thank him for offering what he believes.
Most all of these leaks from come from dev teams that differ in their way of thinking. We benefit from that.
OK that is my two cents. back to work NEW SYS

I'm running 28232...and have been so stable that I have had a hard time justifying reflashing for something else.

My RAM usage is consistently just above 50% that's WITH ActiveSync scheduled for as items arrive.

I love the fingerfriendly menus (everywhere) and the larger softkeys on the bottom of the screen.

The "hog" is actually Sense 2.5 especially if you have the weather animations running. (even that can be circumvented)

What did you do to get around the little keyboards in that sys?

Agreed. When I said he'd stopped supporting this one, I wasn't doubting his statement that he would release another one.

21646 (6.5.x) sys is actually smaller than 21056! so i wouldn't put to much weight in the size of the sys.
