There are some die hard 6.1 build guys around.. Im myself am quite happy with a stable 6.5.3 build

question, on 21647 besides the call-id, beta watermark, recmod files,

did you add threaded email and Office 2010? That would be awesome, I think we can all just install Touch_X' Icons cab to get all those sys icons skinned with a cab install if needed be

attached cab

I don't see why anyone would use 6.5.X with the latest sense.

It uses to many resources I guese. Sense 2.5 has everything you need in it, so why use the latest sys with all the extra junk in it?

because it's a total different layout sir.

what "extra junk" are you referring? 6.5.x is much more finger friendly than 6.5 ever thought about being. and with the new builds, it's just as fast and smooth. you've been listing to Mr. X and MM way too long (and in case they're watching this thread for some weird reason, it's not what i said that matters, but the kind, loving way that i said it that does)..... :)

not to nitpick. Sound though as if you don't know what you're talking about.

why use the latest SYS? a: it was improved sized menus and kinetic scrolling throughout the OS

extra junk? a: kitchen, you take the ingredients you like and take out the ones you don't. (am i missing something here)

You're guess is at best an uneducated response on a subject you're not particularly familiar with, but this is all off topic discussion now, so perhaps make a thread? (why 6.5.X is better than 6.1) or vice versa whatever tickles your pickle

So why is the sys folder for 28232 101 MB and only 83 MB in the 21056. Wouldnt smaller size mean it uses less resources and will perform better?????? just a noob obervation sorz!

As a reforming DarkLord, I'm trying to be kinder and gentler.

and to that, the young gentlemen is fairly new. i don't think he meant any disrespect. he's just uninformed.

i'm ouit of sorts myself. i cook everyday but there are so many new things coming out it's hard to keep up.

to get us back on topic. is there anywhere around, a modified sprint 2.5 manila without the sprint tabs?? they're driving me nuts. i HATE THEM. :)
