You know you can pretty much modify the kitchen how you want. I am not the most knowledgeable but i have managed to update the SYS and XIP as well as the new OEM drivers and Camera. Create EXTs is also not really hard. What exactly do you want Calk to update so eagerly?

I agree kitchen updates are a lot of work for me.

I would use what you posted but seeing that I do flash quite a bit, it would probably be a bit difficult to have to re do that every time.

Unzip this file, and put it in ext/shared/packages

And then cook in "zzz_iREFLECT icons"

I didnt create it, but I used this as a base to get where I wanted my start menu to be. you'll notice a folder that has icons in it. Basically you can figure out which icon represents which folder and overwrite it with the icon of your choice.

Further, play with your App.reg file insdie the kitchen to point to certain folders for each icon in your start menu. There is a lot of information, but this might help you learn a little faster.

I like re-doing the phone its the kitchen that's a lot of work. I don't want to say that it necessarily "bothers me". Its just that I have moved a lot of stuff and edited a lot of stuff. I try to keep everything on my jump drive but I always miss something.

Its all good I love doing it as well, just a lot of work switching kitchens.

Is anyone else having trouble with the EPST codes.

I havent checked to see if they were working since 1.6rc.
I never needed them. I flashed to the new sprint 6.5. I got the new radio and a sprint PRL. I had to install this cab to be able to get into the EPST with my Cakulin VK rom.

The modelname.txt is what was also blocking folks that were using Swype 3.9 from accessing Sprint TV. I've abandoned Swype at this point...
