cooked up some 6.5.x for sprint. put ROM on phone (after clean memory/ flashed back stock/ clean memory).
everything seems to work great except for file explorer. it freezes everytime and i have to hard reset. even drilled a hole in my case to get to the little red button faster.
1. anyone else having this trouble?
2. anyone have the file explorer cab so i can try to reload? happened both time i installed ROM.

I use to have it working on previous builds through both Windows Text Messaging and HTC Messaging. With this newer kitchen however neither works. I think the problem may lie within Arcsoft. I'm going to test some things out so we'll see what happens.

OK, so loaded the kitchen for a 3rd time. took out all resco crap (don't want to pay 30.00 for a file explorer).
native file explorer still freezes everytime i open it. downloaded iss file explorer pro, very similar, free trial then only 2.99.
everything else i have tried works well, text messaging, internet, sprint nav, sprint tv all work.
after installing all apps but no games yet, mobile shell on top of titanium 6.5.x (no sense of any kind), I am getting 110mb free memory at start up and it is holding (unlike mal's rom where my memory was disappearing on me)

i think i found a winner!!!
now i promise myself no more ROMs until i figure out this xda-uc stuff.

do not add file explorer extension and your problem will go away!

Thanks I tried making it an EXT once when I first started cooking and it didn't work for me, so this will be great!! You have been thanked.

Anyone using 23545? I just built a rom this morning and can't get mortscript tpo function, my sashimi autorun ext bombs with the *.mscr can not be run something about bad cert? I then flashed to stock and rebuilt again with the same problem... I even tried installing sashimi from cab and also just mortscript from cab with no dice mortscript will not load... anyone have any ideas?

Oh I also noticed that I have higher modules than usual with 23545 i have 624 modules is this to many, usually with Calk's I get like 590 or so...and I think I recall someone saying if you have too many modules it can cause problems, not sure if thats true.

Sorting the Programs list

Are there any apps in the Kitchen that allow you to auto sort the Programs list, ie. press Windows Start key and the programs list appears?

If not, any suggestions?

Thanks,
John Foy
