Has anyone run into the issue where you click on a link from an email and it just hangs IE or Opera (either one)? Yes I searched and saw someone else had the issue but no one responded so I'm thinking its not too common. IE and Opera work fine by themselves, its only when clicking a link from an email.....strange. Any ideas anyone?

I noticed when trying to hit a link in my RSS program that nothing happens...I don't have a solution for you however as I am still struggling to figure out mine...

Same for me using 2354xx let me know if you find an answer on this.

About the e-mail link issues I noticed that when clicking on a link in e-mail the first time it does not open but the second attempt works fine, this is with opera have not tested IE as the default.

Awesome thanks for this going to try on my next build... Anyone know which packages related to the newer IE from the 282xx builds to move into another 6.5.x build?

Any verizon users have mms working? I cannot see the setting to set WAP to none in the MMS options. I had to do this on previous roms.

I just flashed a new ROM yesterday and have been having trouble with MMS not working. It was working before with sys build 23541 when I corrected the MMS server settings, but no luck now. Have WAP to none and everything. Not sure what else to look for.

Did you cook your ROM with this kitchen? If so, what sys and where did you set WAP to none? I cooked a ROM a couple of days ago with 23542 and cannot find the setting to set WAP.

OK, I've searched the full thread and can find nothing on this. Is stealth tethering enabled in this kitchen? If not, how do I enable it. Thanks in advance!

I cabbed up the factory reg settings for Verizon MMS. Try this out and see if your pic messaging works.

Yes, I cook with this ROM and yesterday built one with sys 23542. The WAP settings are in Messaging tab > all messages > menu > settings > options > menu > mms server > Verizon server. Data connection works, so not sure if it's a sys bug on MMS, or maybe even Swype since there are noted data connection issues with Swype.

Edit: I just saw your post NEPATR1OTS, I'll try out the cab and see if it works.
