OK, I had a couple other versions of the nbh file sitting in the flash directory and even tho they were renamed, it seems like it was flashing with the one of those instead of the new one. Once I moved the other nbh files, it flashed the right one. Now I have the same erro(HTCLOG) error as Mayonesa. Gonna remove the SD card and reboot.

Removing the SD card didn't help. Same HTCLOG error.

You need to add Flamerise.tsk here:

I have only had that problem when I remove a package that was including flamerise.tsk. The package I was excluding that would cause it was 6.5 tweaks. So either inlcude that package or manually copy flamerise.tsk into the kitchen. It seems like there is dependencies for flamerise.tsk through out the setup.

IRDA
SIM_KIT
SQM
WinCENL_WWE

You can also add VoiceCommand from 23518.

Dont forget to add Flamerise.tsk to \dpi_192_resh_480_resv_800\0409\Base_Lang_0409_DPI _192_RESH_480_RESV_800.

Last is to remove Beta from the RGU in shell.

I will update my ROM results.

The emulator question is a great one I always wondered if it was possible to use an emulator to test our roms before committing them to our phones first. I know not everything could be tested but it would save me so much time.
