Installing Sprint cab from Mr.X disables the autolock feature of this rom (I am not sure of what else has changed). Is there a new Sprint cab made for this ROM?

The provisioning cab from post #6 in this thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=101289
breaks the autolock.

Re: [23517,23619][ROM] WM 6.5.x titanium

yes, I used the same cabs. It breaks the auto lock. It enables locking (not auto) when end key is pressed for long. It also enables long press power button to shut down.

See that you have discontinued your TP rom/kitchen does this mean you too will be offering some titanium goodies as well?

I am all for Titanium Roms, kitchens are nice too so if you are that would be great.

Love the new outlook and overall light-weight of this rom. Seems to be running strong for the most part, but my task bar disappeared last night so I had to soft reset LOL

Some interesting stuff on 23518 any chance your playing with it yet?

Interestingly see this port in the 6.5 dev thread from mikee4fun
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=9254

"Guys I posted this in Calkulin's thread, but some of you may not go to the TP2 forums.

Ok guys and gals, I was able to port the new threaded email from 23518, the newest IE from 28205, a working voice command, and packaged it into the 28014 sys. Everything works!!! I am uploading it now. So consider it a hybrid sys.

The files are from Calkulin's 28014 sys, 28205 sys and Da_g's 23518 sys. This is for the visual kitchen. =)

Enjoy!

If you find this useful, give me a Thanks! "

Maybe we could see a Hybrid build from you using this base?

Just checked the TP2 Upgrades thread and Mr.Hawaii seems to be having mutliple soft reset/hard reset type phenomena with the hybrid attempt.

It might be best to wait 23518 is being ported to CDMA as we speak :)

This is a good titanium rom. One thing that I love about the wm change is finally (after umpteen million years) if I power off my device, the lock screen loads! It has taken forever and a day but microsoft finally gets it!
Some other things I noticed in this build
faster than the last build (it was extremely slow)
smoother scrolling
by in large a much better winmo experience with this build. I think with a better selection skinning this could definitely compete with android with ease as microsoft wants these builds to do. Great job on the update

There are already so many other Sense Builds this is a stripped titanium Rom thread not sure why there are so many asking for Sense look at the upgrades forum the ration is like 95% to 5% for Sense vs Titanium only roms.

yah but they don't have 23518 :) Nobody is offering 23518 with sense 2.1...everybody seems to do 2.5, which is unstable for the TP2.

So far, great ROM, except for one issue:
How to get the long press of the Power key to remap to psShutXP? Any ideas other than using the Rhodium keyboard remapping tool?
Thanks.

I think that this is why auto lock is working in this rom, every other i have seen where long power key gives you at least a power off option this just goes into sleep mode, I installed Mr, X Sprint carrier cab which in turn installed poweroff warning so when i press power key it asks me if i want to shutdown, but autolock gets broken.

Anyone else flash the 23518 rom yet seems to have a weird ie bug, open ie then from menu exit you will see ie re-open only as the title of the window in the top left, if you use dot fred task manager you can see it is still running and are not able to kill it. I have flashed back to stock and reflashed again exact same behavior this is without any cabs installed, I have flashed other 23518 roms and have not had this happen.

Guess I should have specified that I tried that, and the other method where you rename the psShutXP to PowerOffWarning.exe. Neither of these methods worked.

I may try using Mr X. Sprint provisioning to break the auto lock function, then see if I can get psShutXP to work on long power press, and then use one of the autolock programs to get lock on power off working again.

Oh! the joys of loading custom ROMs!

Thanks again everyone for your help.

I agree this was the best titanium 6.5.x ROM... Anyone have suggestions where to go after aj1att's??? I am ready to move on, but want simple and stable. I can't stand how much RAM Sense 2.5 uses.
