Quick question... your first post says those who donated get the sim unlock free, so how do we go about getting it? I also sent a support request on your site on release day but have gotten no reply to it.. thanks

I think I replied to ALL emails (or at least tried hard to do that - that request page just sends an email to both of us for now, but we are upgrading the system soon).

anyway, the answer to that question is,
IF you donated BEFORE the hardspl/simunlocker release,
then send me the request with this info:
a) transaction ID for donation *and* your paypal address you used for it
b) IMEI
c) email address to deliver the sim unlocker to
if you donated AFTER it then unless a significant amount, better if you just use our site to purchase it, at http://rhodiumw.htc-unlocks.com because that is an automated delivery system, so it's easier and faster for both of you and us

Make sure you donation is at least the minimum they are asking for on the unlocker page, or it wont be sufficient to get a "free" unlocker.

if they didn't send a donation BEFORE the hardspl/simunlocker release, they should just use the purchase form on our site, much better option as it's an automated system.
if they sent one AFTER, and it's already sent, not just planned, and it's a significant amount that's also ok, then you can contact us with your request at http://support.htc-unlocks.com
