after you pay, you usually get the email within 5-10 mins.

Are they still having issues with their ticket system? I opened a new ticket almost a couple of weeks ago and still have not heard anything back from anyone, just curious.

lol. i guess. it's such bullshit. i dont know if their sim ticket system is different from their hspl one, but they are definitely ignoring the hspl tickets.

as much as i hate to say it, you're gonna have to pay again. i'm done bitching about this mess, they obviously don't care and because we bitched, they're not coming here anymore. (and one is a mod lol)
