Well, my issue seems phone related. It won't boot at all now, so I'm pretty sure the phone is bunk. I'm going to get a new one hopefully today... I'll post back if I continue to have issues.

I wasn't upset, just wondering what details he wanted

I had no clue why it would fail, so I wasn't sure what details to provide!
