All this protection and agony over a complete fallacy. Who in their right mind needs to pay someone to unlock the SPL on their phone, just so they can flash a custom ROM? Even when selling a used phone, as I just did with my Touch Pro, the average user could not give a shit that the SPL was unlocked, it adds absolutely NO value to the device.

At this point, after months of unanswered tickets and tons of complaints, one can only come to the logical conclusion that this whole song and dance was simply done to line your pockets. For you (cmonex) to come in here and and suggest that the ticket system database is now corrupt is an absolute joke and a slap in the face...
