Re: [HSPL-UNLOCKER] - - Rhodium W HardSPL

Can you imagine how much money these guys have made? And it's all "donated" so that means it's all tax free. I know they aren't american, but i'd love to see their government check them out. I'm sorry but, their support is horrible. The most amusing part is, you "donate" but if you donate less than $24 american... it's rejected.

That being said, maybe i'm jaded. For personal use i tried to flash another phone... now get this

Different OS with a different IP and it says it's already been done.. There's noway they can track that unless they are tracking ethernet adapter addresses. My MAC address is different with the different operating system..

Holy shit... the "donation" is up to $24 now? That is absolutely ridiculous. They are tracking the IMEI of the phone, so as soon as you tried to unlock it from a PC that has already done so, the new phone is now blacklisted until you either pay or wait up to a week for support.

no...it's not up to $24. It's currently at 4GBP for the hspl unlocker, which converts to $6.29. It's 10GBP for the sim unlocker, which converts to $15.72

Give these guys a break. They put in a lot of hard work to get this done for us and it unlocks so many opportunities for us as the consumer that we wouldn't have been able to get otherwise. For most, it works just fine. It didn't work the first time for me so I placed a ticket in the morning and they had me unlocked by the end of the day. It was a long day but it was worth the wait. They are also providing continuing support for this.

I do agree that it is a good business though and they're cashing in =D>

Re: [HSPL-UNLOCKER] - - Rhodium W HardSPL

Did you place something specific in your ticket title? I sent one 2 weeks ago, never got an answer. I placed another one today, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but I would still like to know.
