[HSPL-UNLOCKER] - - Rhodium W HardSPL

I need to unlock my Verizon phone, but I dont have internet access (I am using internet through tethering). How can I get it unlocked since this unlocker requires internet access to do it?

well you will need to find another internet connection then. lol.
no way around it as far as i know.

Do you have any friends or a library or coffee shop with wifi access that you can use?
