I can understand you guys dig the product that the elite team have come up with. No need to get your flaming on, I'm frustrated as hell with the process.

And I don't think its a small percentage of people who had this problem.

Are you trying to unlock the Touch Pro that is listed in your profile?

I just found your post from 10-31-2009.
Did you try putting the phone in bootloader, and pluging it in to get windows to load the drivers?
Then, I think disconnect the unit, soft reset, then try it again?

the unlocker is completely free for personal use, so...if you were asked to donate, then i don't think you are telling us the entire story.

i've donated 3 times for 2 phones. Again, the process works for one phone. But in a place like my office where there are 4-5 touch pro 2's (even personal phones as you call them) and you download the hard spl once, the ip i guess gets flagged. I know you can contact support or email them with IMEI number, but that never worked for me, so i went ahead and donated each time. It's ok. I have more personal phones that i'm helping me unlock, and they just know you have to donate each time.
