Is there a way to flash the HSPL from the SD card? I have tried all other methods mentioned in this forum with no luck.

*When I try in automatic, connection error and phone freezes
* When I try in manual mode, it hangs at 0%

I was having the same issue. Then I turned my Antivirus and Firewall off and it worked fine. My Antivirus was deleting the exe file on extraction. The firewall needs to be turned off fo it to talk to the server or it might give you a response saying the the server is busy try later or something to that affect.

There is a high likely hood that your AV will pull a flase positive on the unlocker so yes disable it

can't unlock from sd card.

try this. put your phone into bootloader mode, then connect it to computer and allow the drivers to install. then you should see it say USB at the bottom of the phone screen, when it's done installing drivers. then disconnect phone and soft reset it and start the unlocking steps over again
