Yeah unfortunately they've both been rather busy lately with life-related things. Just have patience - I'm sure that they will get back to you soon!

I sent a donation for my replacement device on sunday 11-22 and the imei number through pay pal, and this phone is defective..do I have to donate again, or can i switch over the imei, my new phone a be here tomorrow, 11-24..thanks in advance

Try the new phone and see - it's a shot in the dark at this point. If it doesn't work then you will need to send them an email with your changed IMEI and they'll change something on the server to allow you to unlock it.

Remember to reload your old one before you send it in! :)

To anyone struggling with the unlocker, I suggest setting up a ticket at htc-unlocks.com with your IMEI number.

The tip to get your IMEI number helped me was to go to the phone information tab and it should be there.

But anyway, the htc-unlocks team were very helpful and quick with their responses and now I'm running custom roms on my touch pro 2.

I have 2 different IMEI's.

The one on the sticker has 2 fewer digits than the one under Settings > Device Information.

Which one do they want?
