y touchscreen isnt working so im trying to relock it and go to the store with it cuz itll ned to be replaced . so when i run the relocker and the screen asks if i will allow the program to run and since the screen wont respond to my hitting yes how can i confirm it yes thru the keyboard or is that not possible

your phone literally shows the *** instead of 3 numbers? somethin weird goin on there. i've never heard of that. i'm not sure how that happened, but thats whats causing your problem. Was your phone supercid or alterred in anyway?

i have a replacement phone and the hardspl shows error when i try to unlock the device. and it also says i have unlocked a device before is there a way i can get it unlocked i have verizon tp2 ty

it's mentioned over and over in here. you screwed up by using the same computer that you originally unlocked with, so now you're flagged and only have the pay option or the ticket option.

my luck must of ran out this is my second replacement the last i got it to unlock when turning off my antivirus and firewalls. gonna try a diff computer and see thanks razor
