that sucks man. i don't know why they're not responding. when the unlocker detects that you have unlocked before then that means your shit is flagged and you have only 2 options. send them a ticket and wait for them to unflag you, or to choose the pay option in the unlocker. Choosing the pay option in the unlocker is suppose to work immediately, so i don't know why it's not for you.

i just bought a new verizon touch pro 2 its got the newest verizon rom on it when i run the unlocker it turns off and i have to take the battery out to get it to reset then i put it in boot loader moad and it gets to the loading screen and stays at 0 then gives an error if anybody can help it would be great thanks

you haven't given any info at all as to what the problem is or what's happening, but i'll take a wild guess and say this... extract the zip file then right click on the exe and choose "Run as administrator"

Do you have the Touch Pro or the Touch Pro 2? I am wondering if the exploit on the TP2 to install HSPL has been closed. I have SPL-0.63.0000

They have no interest in closing the exploit, and SPL-0.63 is the one that most of us have :)

I turned off anti-virus and firewall on my XP machine and rebooted my computer. I then right click on the RhodiumW-HardSPL_V10R3 and "run as" administrator. I keep getting the following two errors:

Error 1) "Please make sure the device is properly synced; Please retry after syncing the device (via Activesync or Windows Mobile Device Center)"
Note: I can copy files to my phone so I think I am synced properly.

Error 2) "If you could not get the device preperly syncedk then try installing this CAB on your phone: http:/hpcmonex.net/roms/enablerapinew.cab and retry in Auotmatic flash mode"
Note: I have installed the enablerapinew.cab even though I am getting this error.

I then tried hard resetting my phone and running SSPL-Manual.exe from the phone but it just freezes and doesn't go into tricolour mode.

Any help is appreciated as I am out of ideas.

You may be connecting as a storage device at which point active sync will not be running. if you open " My Computer" and see a removable drive that disappears when you unplug your phone then thats exactly the problem.

Does any1 have an idea where can I find the unlocker/hard SPL for htc touch pro2 because the 1 listed here on the first post does not allow me to unlock more than 2 devices. I have tried contacting cmonex and olipro but have not gotten any response. any help will greatly be appreciated.

I've had an open ticket for about 8 days now - I'm on my 2nd replacement, and was hoping to get my replacement phone unlocked :(

Pmeunier, I was also wondering if I am getting a proper ActiveSync connection. The ActiveSync porgam on the phone and computer both say I am connected.

There are so many people having issues (paid or unpaid) that I think the exploit to run HardSPL has been closed. It is disappointing that I have had a support ticket open for two weeks that has gone unanswered. I guess I will have to wait for the Sprint update for WM 6.5 which will hopefully be released soon.

it has not been closed. you're just one of the small percentage of people that are having a problem with the unlocker.

I agree Razor........I have un-locked and re-locked numerous times...had replacements worked no problem....I personally think and I am not pointing any fingers......some people are trying to get around donating period...I have un-locked additional phones for others and just simply paid...never needed any sort of ticket....works great for me...just my 2 cents....

open avg, double click on resident shield, then uncheck the box. then when you're done, check it back

well i hope someone can help me i am new to this and can't get it to work. i have read everything aleast 5 times but i have it synced to my computer and i run the unlocker i do auto flash it seems like it might work and then it pops up with an error saying to get the cab enablerapinew so i did and ran it but it does the same thing. i am lost to what to try next the phone does have the verizon 6.5 rom on it so i was thinking maybe to flash back to the 6.1 and try?? thanks for any advice

yes i have. when i put SSPL-Manual-Rhodium.exe on the tp2 and run it all it does is lock up and i have to soft reset it. just keeps saying there is a problem with it not synced but its connected and set up to sync contacts and stuff. i seemed to have tried everything
when i run it the phone doesn't even go black or any thing its connected right just pops up to resync and try again

How can I tell if phone is unlocked? I was in the process of unlocking it when for some reason my laptop rebboted, not sure if it had finished. Trycolor screen says

Read the following thread and judge for yourself whether it is only a small percentage of people who are having problems. I can say this much for sure, you will be waiting a long for a response to a support ticket.

there's only one person in that whole thread that is having a problem unlocking. The rest of the people are waiting on a response on a ticket for unlocking a second device. That's not a problem with the unlocker. It was made to only work once for free.

The trend I am noticing is that Sprint TP2 users who recently purchased their phones are having problems with HSPL. I think Sprint closed the exploit for HSPL to work.

the MAJORITY of people having problems are people who dont read and follow directions. not to mention dont bring some computer navigation experience to the table. that means this is probably not the hobby to familiarize yourself with a computer.

:drunken: Instructions? I don't need no stinkin instructions!!! :evil4: Oh well, some have to do the hands on approach. I am pretty good with computers and all. But I hate instructions. You go to the Hrspl page and it's worse than a manual. Step by step instructions are fine, but they didn't put a space or two between the steps. So in the mind it looks more complicated and people won't read till the end or skip through it. I know, I am guilty of that too!! Just look at my "is it unlocked" thread. :oops:

you know this is for tp2, right? Just makin sure since your profile says you have a tp. Otherwise, are you successfully synced with the computer? Gives us a step by step of what you're doing so we can see if you're doin somethin wrong.
