btw just to give a quick update guys, I installed the Verizon ROM that had the number 1.65_0811 listed for the NV_VZW on my TP2 which had the #1.65_002 listed for the PRI that I was so concerned about that was on my original and when I checked the PRI after installing it, it again is listed as 1.65_002.

I did this before I did a *228 update to btw.

So I guess either that 1.65_0811 wasn't for the PRI or what ever but as far as all of my concerns about this they we unwarranted.

Just thought I would post that.

As we all know, it is recommended,that between rom flashing, it is preferable to flash Stock rom first then desired chef rom.

I have a Telus TP2. But they havent come out with the 6.5 official yet. So is it better if I flash another carrier 6.5 Official rom so that my phone would have a good clean history rather than flashing an official 6.1? Then I could flash my desired Radio and Chef rom?

Or should I stay on the Telus Official rom? Either way, I am using FIDO GSM on my TELUS TP2.

Very confusing to me too, so I think these needs an expert's opinion.

dont flash other carrier roms. Flash the telus 6.1 if you wish to go back to a clean slate before a third party rom.

Thank you for your reply Juggalo.

But my other question is. Whether I flash Telus or Sprint or Verizon rom, will it matter? In all cases, my carrier is FIDO, which has nothing to do with Telus.
My TP2 was originally TELUS CDMA, but I am using the GSM part of the phone.

I know this is confusing but I just wanted to get enlightened.

Got tired of the htc pro 2 with a rom from here just not for me nice but not for me . I have sprint and i want to cell my phone on ebay . I will leave it unlocked but the rom from here , would it make the phone exactly like stock to the point that if the new owner calls sprint he can connect the phone with no problems and everything from internet to texting will work? I ask because the rom i installed for sprint was nice but had to load some other crap to make the picture text msg work so i just dont want to have the same problem with the stock one . Sadly i cant text the phone because im no longer with sprint . any help
