1) Click the button beside you carrier.

2) Click commit in the bottom right.

4) Reboot when asked.

Does nuebattery/nuepower work with this rom? Or do you have some other kind of 1% incremental battery reporting software installed?

nueBattery doesnt work on this rom either. wtf.

Also, this is completely unstable. Needs a hard reset after less than 5 minutes.

sounds like you broke it, as its been nothing but a rock for me and others i had test it.

also if you cared to research the nuebattery http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=82702 you wouldn't be complaining. not to mention the nuebattery was designed for a chipset that was previous to this one :)

Good to hear, but as i always say don't be scared to post anything you find, just be sure your not the root cause of the issue first

What are your plans for the ROM Juggs? Will you continue updating with new manila and OEMs or keep it simple with bug fixes?

I will update only items that have a Benefit with the new version. My own spin on this rom will come once i get the bugs out im sure there are some.

if all thats changed is the version number and there is no other apparent reason... i wont be changing to it. if it aint broke dont fix it. you will find that i offer as many features as i can with speed and stability. some times new versions are not always the best versions. :) For example, how much Manila 2.5 sucks and how slow it is ,out weights its cool features therefore i wont be using it.

Glad to hear it. I was a huge fan of the Touch Pro ROM you did back in the day... I think your ROM was the longest lasting ROM I had flashed on that device lol...

One thing I'd like to see is a theme for 6.5 to replace the stock blue theme... it annoys me to open the start menu and have a different color scheme than my home screen with manila. This is far from a "bug" but just a matter of preference. I can always load my own theme on it anyway.

Mr. X 10-31-2009 12:17 PM

I will be doing my own theme when i get to it

Meh... research is for people who have something to prove. I'd rather just leave it up to them to do the legwork :)

Got the rom, love the fact it's generic, however, I tried to install CMYLXGOs.Pimp.Pkg.TP2.Transparent.Flip.Clock.cab
and I had no success, clock went all screwy and had to remove and soft reset, same for this as well,
BG For All Pages WVGA.cab

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

The registry key:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\ATDbgLog\
Enable: 1

probably should be 0... I now have 3 x 2MB files of logs in \Atlog.

this is the best rom i've used yet. the only problem i have with it is that my memory usage is gradually getting higher and i can't figure it out.... after a hard reset and all my cabs are installed, i'm at 42%... after a few hours it gets up to 50+% even after a soft reset and cleanRAM ... and with nothing running, i've seen it get upward of 80%
any ideas?

Is it really that slow? I haven't run it for a couple of months, but when I had it on my diamond back then, it seemed pretty snappy to me. Unfortunately it was still ported beta code then, and buggy as heck. I figured that with the new packages with the latest Leo rom it would be totally smooth and all dialed in. How much slower is it in what ways? Sorry for the thread-jack, but curious.

its not that slow, although for certain things like animated weather on your hometab, u feel like ur running a 486pc.... laggariffic.... it ruins the experience.

other than that, its ok but highly overrated.

Post the reg's you removed and ill just kick them to the curb so this isnt a reoccurring issue :) as far as the prl update issue. ill see what i can find about this.

Thanks

that cab is for the original flip clock this is a htc sense weather clock so you can't use that skin with this clock :( do a google search for Dusk Leo Clock you might like his
