Ok I disabled sense installed both cabs re-enabled sense and nothing happened. Did the same thing then a soft reset. still nothing am I doing something wrong?

Did you install to main memory? When i installed them i didn't even disable Sense. I just ran cab, installed to device, got prompted to soft reset and voila! stock look!
They should work. these are strait from the download link that Mr.X posted.

Wasn't sure so I removed both cabs. installed both to main mem. didn't get a soft reset promt so I did it myself still nothing hmmmmmmm.
