Flyers looking for a quick answer..(I guess I want my cake and to eat it too..LOL)..I just gotta say this phone is just awesome..I have installed the blue tsowen/purian taskbar, the Brent's blue themed sense slider and icon set, and just now installed Cellguys blue glow clock (looks super with the black and now the blue--heck 2 of the three clocks have the blue glow--was surprised to see all the clocks working)..Now to my issue--if I install BG4all to use a background I lose 2 of the clocks (the original ones)...Do you know why this happens..I wish I knew how to post a pic and I would show you the phone..Again Flyers, Maxx etc thanks for your posts, cabs and help..much appreciated..and oh yeh X super Rom.

As far as Verizon, no...they have a size limit that they cap....

to the clock guy, try loading hdwalls first then softreset and load the clock add-ons if you didnt.

this clock cab wixes weather anni with custom wallypaper and WONT loose dusk clock.
if its posted, sorry but some people in here are on my ignore list.

I installed the Maxx134 OrigWMtexting4Manila cab and now when I go into landscape mode, the text messaging tab appears to still be in portrait mode. Anyone else seen this?

That 777 cab worked so far for me with incoming calls. Now if I can get mms to send pics. Whats with the WEP version in the server settings??? never seen that? Had no issues with last rom installing mms for sprint

dont go to Mighty's- same issue. he thinks its an issue with the radios, and the only one's he's tested that don't have the problem are USCC's.. problem on sprint and verizon. now, does that mean sprint/verizon users can flash a USCC radio, sprint/verizon provision and it will work? That is the pending question... maybe Mr X the radio dude can add his opinion?

I also had success with the 777 cab in the paperclip, however, it happened again with that fix, just not all the time

if your ever looking for a cab ect, no need to read each post, use the paperclip. all roms ect have them after rom title.

btw, im using uscc radio on sprint, no issues.

Yea I installed another mms cab posted earlier for pics.

wow thats good that 777cab works, but also wierd that for me re-installing another dialer fixed the issue.

So there is the radio/recieving aspect, the 777 reg cab fix aspect, and the dialer dll aspect that can affect delay in phone...

By the way, in my case I didint think to use the 777cab but my ring answering issue fixed with cmylxgo's main dialer cab, (which replaces the dialer DLL file) not second post's keypad cabs.

Just want to reiterate how incredible this ROM is. So incredibly speedy and stable. I use a very plain Today screen so I appreciate unique ROMs like yours that are more for substance than style.

Ok this rom is running really nice. Although I'm still seeing a bit of memory leakage and some battery drainage. not sure if its an installed app though,

Anyhow the 777 cab worked just fine for my phone call issues. I can answer INSTANTLY much much faster than I have with even stock rom weird IMO lol
I think some of the dialer skins have the reg edit included for CDMA would explain why some work some do not

I love that the wallpaper on all tabs now works with the animated weather due to the posted cab fix I hope Jugg cooks this in from now on. And the flip clock fix that I thought you would do anyhow???

Also does anyone have a working version of ArcSoft for Sprint that SENDS AND RECEIVES MMS?

I've noticed that the battery level isnt being reported in 1% increments even with NueCdma driver installed it appears correct everywhere else but in notifications tab.????
is this due to there not being any Notifications Enhancement installed? I can not find a working cab anyone have any ideas?
I love to see the right level and if the phone is in data mode or what.....

indeed a great rom. Just for the fact that my battery lasts for 1/2 day or so. The previous version did not have this issue. Also the bacgroundlight does not turn off after a period of time. This is a manual action now. Next to that it's great. Any tuning tips for this? (except for the standard power options :drunken:

Okay guys it has been asked 1000000 times but there is no definite answer. What do I need to do stop the phone from locking up when I try to answer? I have already updated my radio and I really don't know what else to do? I have heard about the dailer fix but there are so many dialers to choose from.

I loaded the CMLXGO dialer from post #1 on his thread..I think Maxx put a link to it a few pages back..I am using this with the Shaggy resume cab that Flyers and Darren use and that has helped me a ton..

Ok, so after using the ROM for about 3 days, the only problem I have is the following:

the communications manager program acts really funky and messes up a lot (this is the thing that lets you choose phone on or off, airplane mode, wifi on or off, etc.). It very routinely goes almost completely white to the point where you can't see if something is turned on or off. Also, I get LOTS of "cannot dial #777" errors out of nowhere when using my data connection. I think this may be the phone just disabling the data connection on its own? If that's the case, is there any way to force it to stay on unless I tell it to turn off?

So I installed the best one tested , read end of thread or looky my sig.

Yes this is the one I just flashed (easy exe).

OK, I check the dialer cab and while it has no reg edits, (just the dialer files& dll) I dont know, it could still affect the reg.

I also checked my reg setting and had some WIERD data in a MULTI SZ, binary data with Asian symbols... LOOK:
"SuspendResume"=multi_sz:"㠵〠‰〰〠‰㌳〠‰㤹〠‰㠸〠‰㤳〠‰㠵〠‰㤳〠‰ 㤲",""
So I think this may be a cause, and the 777 cab overrides it.
I also made a cab to clear it, I will post.
EDIT: open a reg editor to see if you have this data & if you do, then you can use my cab for clearing it.

For best results DO ALL, lol, I posted link to dailer which uses new dll, and the 777reg fix cab should be tried first.

BACKUP-CLEAR STORAGE, then dont mod it soo much :mrgreen: !

Edit: ya so it must be the 777cAb because upon uninstalling my dialer it still works, but also strange is I cannot install the 777cabs.
Oh well I dont hav the delay prob so Im ok.
Plus I have new radio installed workin good :)

I did do a clear storage both before and after flashing the ROM so it's not that....

What is a better "radio"? If I have Verizon, I can install something to give me what, better reception or something?

I am on Sprint in NYC and just wondering if I flash the USCC 2.18W radio and for some readon want to go back to stock Sprint radio - I just need to flash stock rom again to get it back? Thanks for your help as always.

Thanks. I noticed poorer reception with this ROM. Could it be because it states Mr. X is using USC's radio instead of Verizon's?

yes to first question i think, i did on my tp so not sure why not.


reception could be bad for lots of reasons but i dont think its a rom caused issue. juggs will have more on that im sure. i try lots of radios till i find one that works best, there so easy to flash plus i do all my flashing from sdcard.

I looked through the whole thread and I haven't seen which version is being used for this current ROM. Maybe the previous versions but the version of Manilla being used on these newer releases is different so I don't know which one to use. I checked the xda thread for HDWalls and the Co0kieMonster patches but couldn't find one that matched the version of Manilla that we're on.

anyone got a bg4all pages that keeps the dusk clock array AND doesn't break weather animations? I've only found cabs for one or the other.

(Edit): i tried that cab below and it breaks the dusk clock array and flipping the clock up.

Okay, so I got my HDWalls wallpapers to work just by installing the wallpaper cab file that I created with HDWalls. I didn't have to install the Co0kieMonster patch or anything. Here's a screenshot.

something did not play well when I loaded the msvc 1.6 cab.. so I uninstalled it and now I get an exe error each time i soft reset..it says the file 'voicecmd' cannot be opened.either it is not signed or trusted etc etc...it alos prompts my phone to turn off? Where would I be able to find the rest of msvc to remove those files as well..as usual..user error gets me a bit of a jam..thanks in advance
