Re: [ROM] "RhoPazIo" by JD [111809] (WM6.5) {online}[SPCS]

@JD or anyone who can help,

When attempting to use "Internet Sharing" I get code error 67. I know this problem has been around for awhile and I know one way around it is to open a browser window, then plugin cable and select active sync, then open Internet Sharing and connect.

This process is long and tedious. Is there a solution out there like how it used to work on the TP1 without doing anything extra.

try selecting storage on initial connection(make sure you have data connection here), then from phone, pick internet sharing.

What do you mean by select storage? Do you mean select storage card or select Disk Drive?
And to have a connection I need to open a browser, correct?
This seems like the process I mentioned above.

@JD,

TellMe was working on my TP1 with your last rom, but now it does not work on my TP2. The only difference I see is .net CF is different on both. If you could help me solve this I would appreciate it.
Here is the link to the thread detailing the problem:

Sorry I only saw you mentioning the error 67 and figured you didn't know haha.

Anyways, I think MOST CDMA TP2 doesn't work with Tell me when running 6.5

When you install this cab what is the process for "Internet Sharing".

Does it return function like JD's ROM on TP1:
1. Plug in USB
2. USBtoPC popup
3. Choose Internet Sharing
4. Now I'm cruising on the internet

or is it a different process?

Also for any one interested,

I got the TellMe app working. If you have .net CF 3.5 and voice command installed it should work. It did for me.

yep, it restores usb2pc functionality as well as the start menu icon

the error was caused by a rogue driver that reported tethering usage to telus. sprint and some other users would get this error because the driver did nothing and therefore caused an error
