I hate it when I assume something and it is wrong. Especially when I post it

I just flashed over to NATF's 6.5.1 ROM which is a 28002 Titanium build and did not have the exchange server issue.

Flashing back over to Nov 24th Reflectionist Rom to get you the screen shots I promised.

First PIC is a clean ROM flash, the only thing I have done is add exchange server. NOTE: Settings for exchange server are set to default. All I entered was the User Name, Password, Domain and Server Address as well as a required pin code:

So far it looks and acts fine. I know from past experiance I can add, remove programs, settings etc. However for this example I only have exchange and the base reflections 2.5 ROM.

Next pic is the lock screen after my first reset after activation exchange:

Notice the top bar is actually still there. Phone is responding to touch just fine.

Next pic is after putting in the unlock pin:

Now both bars are gone. And touch screen and button no longer responding (pretty much a hang).
Maybe I should move this to the main forum as it seems we have resolved that is is more of a 2800x and manila issue and not an issue with this ROM.

Hate to ask this, have you tried a theme, or soft flashing (Clear Mem) or a reflash it's odd I know but I Clear mem at least 3 times after a Flash just to make sure the files are written right, technically it shouldn't matter but it seems to prevent a lot of issues I saw when the ROM's first appeared, Remember in the grand scope of things rom's for the TP2 are relitively infant compared to other more established platforms

I don't use the Clear Memory, but have tried several hard resets with the ROM installed so I think that is pretty much the same thing.

It is sooo weird! I am fine if I flash back to any 23056 ROM running manila 2.5. But all 2800x ROMs just hate my exchange.

  1. Flash to another ROM
  2. Then flashed back to this one
  3. Went to settings and disabled Manila and enabled Windows Default
  4. Soft reset
  5. Activated Exchange
  6. Soft Reset.
Results was pretty much the same. Hangs at reset.

Uploading 28004, this one (2.5) has different manila graphics. If you don't like the direction I'm heading, I will put a restore to default manila cab soon. So you can always switch it stock again. Building the other roms (2.1 and Sprint Stock) Have them up shortly as well.
