Yea im not having any of the issues yall mention either.... Try a hard reset or flash back to stock spl and rom and then retry..

I did the hard reset--> Flash to Stock--> Lock-->Unlock--> Flash 1.4-->Hard Reset process as my path to 1.4. In any event, since uninstalling SmartLock, my phone wakes as it's suppoes to and the fialure to wake issue described above has not happened. Hoping that was the problem...

Has anyone succesfully used mms. i cant get mine to work. the previous 2 versions worked as soon as I flashed.

I'm not having the no wake or the no MMS issues... but... coming from 1.2, I notice that the animations for the weather are gone.... Confirm or Deny?

The animation on the home screen doesnt work if you use a background image. To see animation there again simply revert back to the black BG image.

or use the background for all tabs cab. works great and supports the weather animations.

I must say, 1.4 has impressive battery life since I uninstalled smartlock. No more failure to wake issues, either..so that was clearly the cause. fyi.

Hi Chris,

Since you are the guru of phones,do you know if it's possible to make some of the droid apps work on a cdma phone...Can yhey be converted to cabs and make them functional?
I have been following the droid port to TP2 and noticed some really cool applications and I was wondering if it's possible to make them work on windows.
