Wow, that is scary; but at the same time good to know. Not to get off topic, but I use PIMBackup; should I try MyPhone for backup or something else? TIA.

but i've only used your roms? i've never used mightys or any others. i just had to do a hard reset bc it totally just made my phone have zero reception now?? lol wow whats going on here. when i go home, i'm going to have to go back to v1.1 i guess.

curious ... by any chance do you have a cab to add the lockscreen back to v1.2? if so, maybe i'll do v1.2 to get the performance tweaks you did.

also side question ... can we re-lock and unlock any amount of times or are we going to get a commercial software usage error and have to do a donation each time using that method?

hmm. Try my fix then with the stock flash and re-lock. Trust me it works.

i've never used pimbackup so don't know all whats supported ... i just like myphone bc its free and backs up most everything i need on the go plus i don't need my cable connector around with it to add a program or what not.

Youll be fine. You can unlock/relock again.

OK I ran the rom and I had the problem of hard rest twice? I need to know how to to the lock and re lock? Also I have not had any other roms since I started with your first verison? So this maybe an issue. I was on 1.2 flashed 1.3 seet up the phone went to bed. In the morning was checking email and did a send & receve and the phone froze up? Had to take out the battery to restart the phone and it did an hard reset? This happened twice? I then did a fresh hard reset and so far the phone has been working fine? I think that what people should do before flashing the rom is do a hard rest or better yet put on the stock rom then run 1.3 and see if this fix's the problem. I also go to stock andd hard reset but I did not have problems going from 1.0 to 1.1 and then 1.2 so I thought that I would be ok just putting on 1.3. Just my 2 cents.

Well Looks like I spoke to soon sent a text message and it froze again. Now going to stock rom and going to see if that helps? Let you know if that does it following the directions lol.

basically ... u need to use the hardspl re-locker and then unlock again like you did before ... its all in the sticky thread for the hardspl unlocker. i haven't performed it as yet though, but as cfay mentioned he did this method and seemed to clear up the issues for him.

ahhh HELLLPPP i'm screwed ... i basically went to do the first step ... flash to stock sprint rom ... and for some reason it errored out during flash and now i'm stuck at the tri-color mode screen and it seems unable to pickup the usb connection to try to reflash???

No problem You need to connect your phone to the computer and run the unlocker program with should re flash the phone with the unlocker and from there you will be able to re flash 1.3
