When did it actually start ringing though? That's my problem. I wakes up like 10-12 seconds before it starts ringing. Ive NEVER had this happen/reported. Please hard reset/flash back to stock and reflash to my rom and let me know if that resolves it.

i just installed the rom and i am using 50% of the ram.. it also lags sometime but everything else is stable.. is there a way to knock down taht ram usage to 40%? to stop the lag? thanks in advance

I'm going to hard reset and see if that works first. If not I'll flash back to stock and try that. If that doesn't work, I'm going to strangle myself while I reinstall everything because my phone is PERFECT otherwise! I'll post the results.

**UPDATE**: I hard reset my phone first and the ringer responded much faster. I get 3 rings on my end instead of 1 now. I went ahead and tried the stock rom also and got 3.5 rings on my end before it went to voice mail. Stock or not, it rings twice on the callers end before it actually will make a sound on my end. Although I wish I could make it ring as soon as it wakes up, I can live with it now. I'm back on C_Fay 1.1.
I believe this all was caused by the installation and removal of S2U2. My phone did not like that program! I must have changed some registry values or something or just caused too much lag with the dialer altogether.

LOL I wish you would have mentioned S2U first... that program is notorious for causing lags... Why are you on 1.1? Flash to 1.2 its way better.

Is it? I was so happy with 1.1, I didn't feel the need to. Since I have already hard reset and flashed today, I will download it and give it a try.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that's via use of the Jetcet software, which you'd have to install.
