thanks,we have animated weather using Sense on the home page and the weather tab,but it's like that by default,i wouldn't know how to do it not running Sense,sorry i can't answer but if i come across anything i'll be sure to see if it's been addressed or post up what i found if i see nobody answers

You are looking for the Titanium Weather 4.2 pluggin. When you install it you first have to disable Titanium (start/settings/home/items/uncheck windows default). Then install Titanium weather. Then you can start titanium again. Another pluggin I use on the today screen is Favorite People Plugin by AppStar.

***EDIT*** So installed per instructions but get a error when tapping on setup. Says it isn't signed with a trusted certificate....so on. Did install on storage card will try main memory next. Any other thoughts? Thanks.

I have not seen a forum just for titanium users only. There seems to be more users out there that love HTC Sense more then titanium.

I have the weather plug in installed on my device. When I set it up I highlighted the plugin and clicked the menu soft key at the bottom of the screen to. Then I updated the zip code and disabledthe auto updates. You have to change the update interval and forecast update interval to 0 to do that. Then I clicked on save/exit and exit without updating. Then I click on the weather pluggin to update the weather.

after installing feb 6 23518 the slider icons were partially covered by the windows bar on the bottom have hard reset 2x and prob is still there
