My Location on the home screen and the weather tab shows Washington, when I am in Ames, IA. Any way to fix that?

Can we get the 2.1.1921 manilla put on this rom? It is from the Tmobile rom, it is a little be nicer, a lot of the buttons are transparent now.

Also, I was having the issue with the slider occasionally dipping below the bottom bar as others have mentioned. I have since installed a different slider and am no longer having this issue. Hope this helps.

On another note, does anyone have a BG4All cab that does NOT enable weather animations?

FYI to the others that had the same problem. The new titanium build does not have the issue where you couldn't open emails from people in your contact list if you were using a real exchange server.



On another note ... this new build 23529 is balls faster then even the last one 23519 not sure what changed but my set up is the same except the build and this one is way smoother.

Let me just say, the new 21891 Phoenix 2 02-04 ROM is ridiculously fast and stable! I flashed it, loaded it up with all my programs and a few mods I like without even testing beforehand and it just rocks! I love how whenever I disconnect my bluetooth headset I don't get that stupid annoying "DONK" sound and popup anymore. MMS works flawlessly and so does GPS. This is the best Energy ROM ever!!

When should we expect a change log Energy??

I am sure Energy would update the change log soon. In the meanwhile, you can read the change log over at XDA. Its updated there.

+1 I'm having a hard time to flash again from this one. I have been very pleased with it. I get a little disapointed that this thread is growing quiet. I hope to see further enhancments to it. Very stable, fast, and full of matching eye candy. I have zero issues on this ROM. Thanks NRG

I was quite thankful for that fix, and I totally agree that this build feels much faster.

The only quirk I've noticed so far is that the data connection seems to disconnect *VERY* quickly after becoming idle (like within seconds). This causes an occasional pop-up from TitaniumWeather complaining "I can't connect to the internet". Enabling the "Always On" setting for the data connection just caused a huge lag when unlocking the phone, so I'm keeping it off and just living with the occasional pop-up. Otherwise... fast, stable, and rockin'!

Flashed the 2/4 21XXX build, hard-reset, installed Verizon keyboard fix, soft-reset, installed Verizon MMS fix, soft-reset.

I try to send a text message and get "Text message could not be sent." I click on details, and it tells me "Cause Code: 34".

Why can't things just freaking work on this phone?! It's always something...

Anybody have any ideas?

Edited to add: I cannot receive text messages either, although I can make and receive calls.

Did you do *228 Option 1 & 2? Just a thought.



Downloading now to try it out. I've been on EnergyROM Leo forever, but I want to test this rom. But I love Sense 2.5, we'll see how 2.1 is.
