I have already visited that thread. Mighty & Mr.X cooked it into their ROM. I was wondering if it has already been done for EnergyRom or not

I don't know the difference between the Microsoft Voice Command and app but I have attached the cabs for you. First install the MSVC 1.6.21040.CAB and then TellmeSamsungIntrepid3515.cab. I found this solution on XDA forums. Let me know if it does not work I will try locating the original post.

so is there a way to have compact qwerty as default input with xt9 on all the time. its kinda annoying to change to compact qwerty everytime i try to send a text while in portrait mode. i am running the newest build from dec-2. i am not using touch flo.
for the people that have some issues with random things not working right on the device its always a good idea to hard reset right away after flashing a rom.

I tried this after a hard reset and it didnt work. The only programs I installed was MS Voice Command and then did a soft reset and then installed Tellme. Tellme would load up for a few secs then close. Im on EnergyROM_21877_RHOD500_27.Nov.2009_Standard

Same results! I even checked to make sure NRG has installed .net 3.5 (windows/cgacutil.exe) and determined we have .net version 3.5.7283.0! I was pretty much sure he had included it anyway. So I'm not sure if I'm going to get this Tellme working. I couldn't find the xda thread Kid was referring to although I did find a Tellme thread on the PPCGeeks Touch Pro 2 forum. I'm on the 2.1 version of 28008.

Edit: I tried installing while connected to activesync. It actually installed and I could use it BUT it always gave me a "didn't catch that". When I disconnected, it gave me the old quick exit! Sorry for the temp thread hijack, I'll quit mentioning it (here at least).

If you're talking about shortcuts on the home screen, then flash a Sense 2.5 version (NRG's Leo version). However, be aware you won't have landscape support! (there's is a landscape method/cab posted on xda but it's not perfect, although way better than anything I could do)
