hey man, thanks for a good work.
Question, i have installed EnergyRom with Manila 2.5 (21864) I think, but i want change that to the regular manila that support landscape, because the "Leo" home screen and all that is bugging my querty keyboard on my Sprint TP2.
also text messaging doesnt work, i cant send txt mgs using the keyboard and i just found out i cant receive picture texts.
i love the way this rom looks and all, but i cant even access the program list, when i clicked "start" i should be able to access all programs but i cant.
Ok, I tried to install another rom, but my phone hung on the "touch pro 2" initial screen and froze every time i tried.
i had to reinstall EnergyRom again because i couldn't figure out how to install another rom.
is there any special steps i have to take to switch roms?
do i have to reflash with the HardSPL again?
what should i do to switch to a more stable rom that can give me my keyboard, txt mgs and lanscape funcionality back?
I want the EnergyROM Photon, not the "Leo" rom, that rom is disigned for the HTC HD2 that does not have a keyboard like the TP2 does.
I donated to the cause by the way.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

-Hi. I just flashed the new Nov. 10th, 2009 MightyROM on my TP2(Verizon) and I am getting this Warning saying:
“Divice is registering on a voice service only network. Data services are currently unavailable.” but the phone still works fine with full reception and excelent call quality and data transfer. (thow i am in a roaming area)
-Bigest problem is, is that I am getting this Warning no matter what CDMA ROM I flash (Energy/Mighty/Cfey/E-rice/Y4J) except if I flash back the “verizon Stock ROM”.
-And it only happens when I am in areas where my phone is usualy roaming (wich is the case of where I live. I am 15 Miles away from a actual Verizon 3G coverage area.)
Please if anyone can help me get rid of this bothersome warning messege i would much apretiate it.

I'm about to make the switch back to Sense 2.1. I activated my old TP1 (Complete with an EnergyROM) for my significant other, and even she noticed a significant speed and smoothness difference between my TP2 and her TP1.

In the Leo EnergyROM, the keyboard on Sprint has the ;: keys switched with / and \. Is that an issue on the most recent Photon build?

Just noticed that and it is an issue.. I even just tired a Sprint Keyboard fix cab I had from the Leo rom and it didnt fix it.. Oh boy... Anyone else?

yeah after all my searching i finally found out its called the htc messaging client but nrg doesnt include it in his rom. the reason he doesnt iclude it im assuming is because you can receive mms but cant send mms. i have found a fix that works for me with htc messaging client. i use smms to send mms and that fixes the problem.

So can you hook us up with a link or cab?
I dont care much about mms since i dont use it.

Did u witness any negative impact on the rom from this application (lags,bugs,freezes,slow?).

Try to sprint keyboard fix in the FAQ (post #6 of this thread). It works on the Nov. 9 release of Photon on my Sprint TP2.

(use the one from this thread and not the one from the Leo thread)
