NRGZ has released the bew build 25304..6.5.1...nov 8th for gsm..so that means cdma should be folloing shortly...no leo gsm yet..but the photon runs better on the tp2..yeah...fueling the frenzy but in a good way[-o<

Yeah i know, but i just want the rom update sooo bad. Im worried that ill log on here and miss the release.

Just click the "Hotfile" folder in the first post and check the date....thats what I do

I believe its an issue with a trial caller ID software cooked into the rom.

I want to uninstall it altogether, unfortunately I can seem to do so.

No, but every once in a while I get a notice that Im on a 15 day trial.

Yea I really like that cityID app. I really wish that it were a free feature of this phone rather than a trial app. Granted most of the time the application is best described as gimmicky but it is still kinda cool.

It's a program that tells you the city & state of the phone number you're calling, or is calling you.

In the Windows\CityID folder there's a program called "CityIDControlApp.exe", if you open that, and click "menu", choose "state", you can select your status. I chose "Subscribed" so there's no more popup, but not sure if it's going to charge me the fee or not. hah
