MSN Stuff
That is required. You can't say that's bloat, that's just rediculous. Many many Windows Mobile users use Live Mail, that's why we got Windows phones!
Radio App
Yea, but maybe it'll work on CDMA someday. I'm sure everyone would love it if it did work on CDMA!
Opera Mobile View
Did you even try enabling Desktop View? I'm quite sure it's already enabled, but go to the menu, Settings -> Display -> Uncheck "Mobile View"
CommManager
It does what you say! Maybe you don't know how to use it? You click on, say, Bluetooth, and it takes you to the bluetooth settings. And you can never turn ON your Data. It's always been that you can only turn data OFF.

I guess I just feel like the programs other than QuickGPS could be installed by the end user if they want them. 99% of users won't use anything other than QuickGPS and Google Maps.
As for the MSN stuff, again, that should be an optional install. This is a "professional" phone. Thus, many people are using exchange, hosted email, or services other than Hotmail. That should be an optional package. I've used Bing from time to time, but for some reason on the NRG ROM, the "My Location" option would never work.
Since the Radio App presently doesn't work, why keep it in the rom? It's bloat. If in the future a radio chip is found and enabled, the rom could be modified to add the radio app.
I haven't tried the opera mobile view setting. I'll check it out here in a few minutes.
As others have said, that is not the default behavior of the CommManager in 6.1. Since I don't have a phone with a stock 6.5 rom, I can't say if the behavior was modified.
I've taken screen shots of everything like that in 6.1 and I'll compare it with this 6.5 build.
My opinion still stands regarding all the extra GSM stuff that was left in the rom and could have been taken out.
