First off thaks Juicy, great rom, I've been using this rom for a few days and haven't found any problems other then the little messaging oops. But do you or anyone else have the cabs for NFL Live and TelaNav from the stock rom. Thanks

Hey anybody else having a problem with messaging? the problem is it works fine for a while then when i click all messages it wont load . i have to soft reset in order for me to get into the text messages again..it does the same thing in Titanium

i have a question, if anyone can help...

i flashed my fone with the rom once, and flashed it to a diff rom about 4 hrs later...

first of all let me just say that i absolutely love this rom,,, but one thing bugged the cr** out of me that why i flashed back...

in the SMS section of the fone, i can read, write and send texts with no problems, but the only way to get out of it is to slide the slider on the bottom, then hit back! other then that im stuck on that one window.... is there an "easier" /faster way to exiting the sms section without having to slide the slider?? coz if so ill reflash it as soon as tonight!

Press the back/OK key. It's not just his ROM, it's 2.5's messenger itself.

I swear... If some one could take the manila 2.1 HTC messaging tab and incorporate it with manila 2.5, this rom would be perfect! Does anyone know if this is possible?

so to pres the back/ok key i still have to slide the screen or the slider... oh well, i guess ill have to get used to it, just like ill have to get used to having no landscape manila,, this rom is by far the quickest and most stable ive tried so far, so id rather get used to the "minor" things then switch it..

i do have one last question... does anyone know how to turn off the beeping sound when you type?

this could be incredible help for me...

yo juicy, please read this! can you disable the camera noise. There are certain camera version's that allow you to disable it in the options. NRG's rom had it. But I can't use any other ROM than yours! please look into it. thanks

2 methods work for me. I hit the back hardward button (sometimes have to hit it twice) and that does it. Otherwise hit start and then the "today" icon.

Anyone using the weather animated homescreen wallpaper?

If so, any lag for you guys? Works great when I first flash the rom but once I go through the usual customizations its begins to lag like hell. Especially on the rain or sunny weather animations.

I'm wondering which customizations I'm making that are slowing it down..

For those of you that still have it runner smooth have you made any customizations or installed cabs?

+1 on this. I haven't searched yet for reg keys but I did in the settings and couldn't find a switch for the camera sound. This would be key for me, many times one might want to snap a pic without telling everyone they did it.

If by "lag" you really mean stuttering, or FPS loss, then yes, I have experienced this. The animations take all the horsepower these phones have. If it's doing anything in the background the animations will slow down. But it doesn't stop the phone from running, it will just lose some FPS on the animations and be slightly slower to respond to input while on a tab that is rendering the animations. Switch tabs, the animation stops, and performance returns..

lol.. ya I miss that option from my old Diamond. I researched that regedit like nuts as well. Found about 3 or 4 so called fixes for it months ago but none worked. I think now they hide that reg file so deep so that you can't change it since I think it's more a legal issue now especially with all those pervs snapping photos of their g/fs sleeping, you know who you are ;)

But yeah would be great to have that option or at least lower the volume a little.

Wasn't aware Sprint Nav didn't work, but till today hadn't heard of SprintTV working but Juggalo_X got it working by playing with the provisioning file. Hopefully that file works with Juicy!
