Dont understand why this post was needed:bs:......again and it has been said before...this is disrespectful to the chef when pushing other roms along in his thread....not mention the op never asked for input to other roms to try....and this thread is also answered almost immediately....may not always be by the chef...but who cares so long as it gets answered...there are a lot that watch this thread that have much info to share...

I have problems with my touch pro2.
(1)The first problem is the short battery life. It started about 3 weeks ago. The battery drains very fast. I thought that the original battery is going to die, so I bought a new OEM battery, but it still has the same problem, with bluetooth turned off, without any programs running, the battery is down to 50% in about 5 hours. The only thing I do is to check to see if I have new emails from time to time. This happened for no apparent reason. Before this, it can last a whole day under light use. I tried to flash the ROM from Mighty ROM 5.21.2010 to 6;20.2010. No help. After the flash, I only installed MS myphone and opera mini. Does anyone know what could be the cause?

(2)The second problem is that I can't hard reset the phone.

When phone is off, I press TALK, END and POWER BUTTON and get this:

This operation will delete all your personal data,....
Press Volup to restore .....

But after I press VolUp, nothing happens, press any other key, no response at all. The only way to get the phone out of this screen is to use the stylus to press the soft reset button.
How can I hard reset my phone?
